All advertised items, prices and promotions are subject to availability of stock.
No Cancelations, No Returns are accepted and No Refunds issued on confirmed orders.
Absolutely No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges on items marked for Sale. Sale items are Final sale,
Absolutely No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges on Special Orders. Special Orders are orders on items which are made/cut according to your specific requests for measurement, size, pattern, and accessory, Or the items that we don't have in stock and it will be ordered from the designer for the customer. 50% deposit of the total amount of the item is required for special orders .
We check the price and availability before taking payment from the customer, A request payment form will be sent to customer which will have 3 different payment options to choose.
All information provided by you will be held private and confidential, not to be disclosed to third party unless otherwise required by law.
Customers are responsible to pay for taxes, duties and/or other government collections which are in effect in their locality, place of residence and/or a country of residence, imposed by respective governments and/or government agents.
The Store Credit is issued only in cases when we cannot replace an Exchange item and/or Faulty Goods.

Our Store Credit is valid up to 3 months from date when Exchange and/or Faulty Good is approved.
